Pritish Sardeshmukh
Pritish finished his physiotherapy degree in 2023 and then went on to complete his masters in 2025 in Sports And Exercise Medicine in Leeds in 2025.
He initially worked across a wide range of physiotherapy disciplines including, neurological, cardiorespiratory, paediatric, community, and sports physiotherapy, and feels the skills and experience he gained contributes to his understanding of his patients’ wider health issues and the influences on their recovery.
This helps him deliver effective, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to improve patients’ mobility, reduce their pain and restore normal function and performance.
Following his masters degree, Pritish developed a special interest in sports injury rehabilitation and advanced musculoskeletal treatments with a focus on return-to-play and injury prevention.
Pritish has also gained several other post graduate qualifications including
- Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football
- UK Certification in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy
- and his Level 1 Strength and Conditioning from the International Universities Strength and Conditioning Association (IUSCA).
Outside of physiotherapy he enjoys playing football and keeping active and learning more about strength and conditioning in sport.
Pritish works at our Lewisham branch on Saturdays
