Divya started her physio journey in her home country of India , working extensively in the public and private sector and developing a deep seated interest in the world of sports and musculoskeletal health conditions. She feels driven by the desire to optimise physical well-being and promote injury prevention.

To further those interests she embarked on a masters degree in the UK at Loughborough University considered the world’s number one university in sports related subjects. Whilst there she continued to develop her skills and experience in sports related issues, working at the Commonwealth youth games and supporting teams in cycling, tennis and athletics. She has also provided physio at various marathons and worked with the Great Britain wheelchair rugby team.

In summer 2024 she supported the UK Paralympic team in their preparation for the Paris Olympics

Divya speaks Hindi, Marathi, Tulu, elementary level French, Gujrati and Punjabi

Her main interest when she is not working is to watch sports especially cricket. She now lives locally and as a foodie is looking forward to exploring London’s range of eateries.
