Ayushi Parihar

Ayushi graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in India and then pursued her specialist interest in sports physio by completing her masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine in the UK.

As well as experience in a variety of neurological and musculo- skeletal conditions Ayushi has also provided pitch side physio at the World Masters Hockey World Cup in 2022 and is also Certified in Intermediate Trauma and Medical Management in Football (ITMMiF) by the Football Association (FA) Ayushi says she is’ a passionate and driven individual trying to help people with evidence based science’ applying a combination of hands on therapy and rehabilitation exercise to get the best results for her clients.

When she isn’t working Ayushi enjoys photography and basketball and is looking forward to settling into her new home in East London.
